The Army National Guard Incentives Management System (GIMS), the system that manages incentives processing and payments, suffered from a catastrophic system failure in late October and had to be rebuilt.  The Iowa Education and Incentives Branch has begun to pay clean, no issues incentives.
All Soldiers should expect that their incentive's payments will be delayed by several months.
Incentives without issues, such as no indicators of a Monitor Rule Failure (MRF), pending suspension, termination, or other problem will be processed first . Incentives with issues will be prioritized based on ETS dates and hardship cases.

For questions concerning the status of your bonus contact your unit's full time staff.
