Electronic Based Distributed Learning Program

Electronic Based Distributed Learning (EBDL) Program is a training initiative designed to provide Soldiers and units with flexible, accessible, and self-paced learning opportunities through online platforms. Soldiers may receive pay for completing eligible EBDL course, as outlined in Army National Guard and Reserve policies. Compensation is based on the EBDL List prescribed Course Hours and is subject to funding availability. It is primarily used to enhance readiness while offering monetary compensation for completing eligible training courses. The program allows Soldiers to fulfill training requirements remotely, reducing the need for extended in-person sessions and enabling them to balance military responsibilities with civilian careers and personal lives
