DANTES offers free high school equivalency exams,  college entrance exams,  and college credit equivalency exams to assist Soldiers in their academic pursuits. These are provided at funded sites or are reimbursable. Some DANTES funded tests:
     *GED - General Education Development
     *ACT/SAT - Entry level exams for College
     *GMAT/GRE - Entrance exams for Graduate Schools
     *PRAXIS - Teacher Certification Exams
     *CLEP/DSST - College credit equivalency exams  
 
TABE -  Test of Adult Basic Education is available on Camp Dodge. TABE English is a requirement for several Warrant Officer application packets.
 
 
SCHEDULING EXAMS:
 
EXAMS that are proctored in the Education and Incentives Branch Office, BLDG 3586 (across from the PX) can be taken at 09:00 and 13:00 hours during normal business days; call if you need an exception.
 
We may be able to proctor other exams not listed such as an exam from your distance learning college.

     *A DA Form 4187 must be completed, routed through your unit, and received by the Test Administrator in order to take an AFCT or SIFT.
     *Retesting for the AFCT under the standard six month waiting period requires an Exception to Policy (ETP) memorandum and DA 4187, see below.
