• Support Commanders and the Chain of Command.
• Provide ASSISTANCE for the members of the Iowa National Guard, their families, civilian employees of the Iowa National Guard, other military service members in Iowa, and retirees.
• Conduct thorough INSPECTIONS that recognize excellence and that identify systemic deficiencies.
• Conduct INVESTIGATIONS that meet the standards of fairness and thoroughness.
• TEACH and TRAIN at all levels.
