Position Management & ClassificationProvide position management and advisory services to supervisors and managers to assist in organizing work units in a manner that will make optimum use of manpower resources.
Coordinate implementation of new position descriptions and conduct position reviews. Provide correct classification and establish pay grades for all technician positions in the state. Process classification inquiries, classification appeals and administer/participate in the Federal Wage Survey process of analyzing manpower requirements and resources.
