Iowa Guard Teen Council....The Iowa Guard Teen Council (IGTC) is a group of eight National Guard teens from across the state of Iowa who work with the State Youth Coordinator in delivering services to Iowa National Guard youth and teens. Additionally, these teens assist in planning the annual State Youth Symposium, developing marketing materials, providing input on briefings and working with other youth and teens when called upon.
