How to schedule an ACT or SAT exam |
- Email
educationia@ng.army.mil and provide a date and time
when you would like to take the exam.
- An email will be sent back
confirming a date.
- Exams are taken M-F NLT 1330 hours
at JFHQ, 7105 NW 70th Ave, Johnston, IA
50131-1824
- Exams can also be taken on JFHQ
drill weekends, usually the first
weekend of the month.

DANTES Tesing Procedures:
All exams are paperbased
- The exams must be ordered first.
- Make sure the school you are attending accepts the exams.
- To set up an appointment email educationia@ng.army.mil.
- Tests are given at JFHQ in the education office.
- Results usually takes 4-6 weeks.
- Grandview offers online testing and results the same day. For an appointment call GVU at JFHQ (Camp Dodge) 515-252-4546.
REIMBURSABLE EXAMS
Graduate Record Examinations: GRE/GMAT:
| AFCT (ASVAB) REQUEST MEMORANDUM |
- AFCT is given every first
Friday of each month @ 1300 unless
a holiday, then it will be the next Friday.
- Report to
Education Office or
Classroom 175, of
JFHQ.

Retest Request Memorandum (After opening document: Click on File "Save As" and rename so you can modify the request)
- Unit’s will fill out the Memorandum and email it to educationia@ng.army.mil.
