Active Guard/Reserve (AGR)

How to sign up for Montgomery GI Bill - Active Duty, Chapter 30 (MGIB-AD, CH30):

You must email GIBILL.CH30@pec.ngb.army.mil, CC: educationia@ng.army.mil, and forward a copy of your AGR orders with this email. For more information call 1-866-628-5999.

"I choose to elect MGIB-AD, CH 30"

• This will cost you $1,200, $100 for the first 12 months of a 3 year contract.
• 10 year delimiting date, meaning 10 years from AGR DD 214.

If you decide to DECLINE MGIB-AD, CH 30 you need to email GIBILL.CH30@pec.ngb.army.mil with the following statement:

"I hereby decide to DECLINE MGIB-AD.  I understand by declining MGIB-AD my election is an irrevocable decision.  With this election I will NOT be able to enroll at a later date."

How to sign up for Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA):

• POC at Rock Island Arsenal: 309-782-2065
• $250 per credit hour / $4,500 per Fiscal Year
• Sign up by using "GoArmyEd"

Free to Military and Military Spouses:

DANTES CLEP, DSST, ACT, SAT testing is free to Military Spouses.
